1. No Automatic Refunds

All blockchain payments are final. Rank is immediately applied upon network confirmation.

2. Overpayment & Manual Resolution

If a transaction is flagged as paid_over or wrong_amount, our administrative team reviews the transaction within 24 hours to issue top-up invoices or manual refund adjustments where appropriate.
